Representative Bonnie was very helpful. Bonnie gave us a thorough overview of the accommodation and suggested lots of places to visit. The heated tatami mat floors were thoroughly enjoyed by our children!

"Better than a hotel in Kyoto"

Set in a location that is close to a park and train station. A lot quieter than the central part of Kyoto which was great. The place looks darker in pictures, but it is actually really nice in person. Good design sense, they have another property which looks stunning, would love to stay there next time. We enjoyed this stay more than our five star stay in the central part of Kyoto. Great vibes here.

Yumi 非常好， 亲切且愿意给予帮助，

有点小， 尤其厕所。 缺少衣柜， 春夏天没问题， 秋冬 衣服多有较厚的情况下， 只能挂在二楼的扶手上。
