Great locations! Most popular eateries serving authentic Ipoh local food (chicken hor fun, legendary chicken rice , bean curd dessert, baked salted chicken, kaya puff etc) is within walking distance!

The unit isn’t soundproof, but that’s a common issue with all units in Octagon based on my experience. However, the convenience more than makes up for it especially if you are a deep sleeper.
