MYStrategic place...I can access easily (walking distances) to all the famous shops and restaurants. The condominium has the access key to our room and car park which render a good security.

SGGood location and most good food can be found around this location. Prices are competitive and highly recommended.
Everything is fine except master toilet a bit of smell as we walk into the apartment.
SG1/ Great location, 2mins walk from a night market and several of the famous food. Short car rides to Concubine lane, several cave temples including Perak cave Temple, several malls likes Ipoh Parade, Aeon Station 18, and more famous food. Also near a famous biscuit shop, which is located right below the apartment. 2/ check in and out was a breeze and they even had luggage storage room for safe storage of luggages before our room was ready and before we left for our flight. 3/ Super quick reponse from owner for all our queries, and they also quickly replenished the garbage bags when we ran out and requested for more. 4/ spacious apartment with 2 rooms, 3 beds and plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 2 toddlers to each have our own comfortable space and for the toddlers to run around everyday. 5/ apartment was well equipped to cater to basic needs and made the stay super convenient, example, fridge, utensils, dish soap, microwave.
Some furnishings in the apartment are damaged and in need of repair, example the toilet roll dispenser in one of the toilet is hanging by the nail, shower door rubber strip dropping off, some aircon remote controls not working. Laundry rack available in the room but there's dust on it and no hangers to hang clothes. There was a mirror hanging on the wall and it wasn't family friendly as the location and way it is simply hung on the wall hooks made it easy target and super dangerous around young toddlers. Our toddlers nearly knocked down the mirror while running around several times. thankfully we were super fast to catch it before it dropped off the hook and came crashing down. Subsequently, we had to keep watchful eyes on the mirror at all times to prevent any fatal accidents from happening. Hygiene level of housekeeping can be improved, example, dish sponge in the kitchen sink had hair stuck on it, dish drying rack cover had a thick layer of dust on it.
