Sunset House

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Palm Springs home! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners take tremendous pride in the property. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel both stylish and welcoming. The home was stocked with all the extras we could have needed, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood felt very safe, quiet, and well-maintained, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. The bathrooms were truly luxurious, with gorgeous showers that felt spa-like, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in while traveling. Every detail seemed carefully considered to create a high-end guest experience. The hosts were also fantastic—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Palm Springs. A perfect 5-star experience from start to finish!

The place is nice and spacious.

There were several issues during our stay. The curtain in the master bedroom was broken, leaving us with no privacy. One of the showers only had hot water, while the other only had cold water. Outside, only one light was working, and two of the stove burners did not function. The patio furniture was also very dirty. Additionally, the pool did not seem to be fully heated—we were only able to use it for two nights, as it was too cold by Sunday. Although maintenance did come by, they were unable to fix anything due to the long weekend.

It was spacious, very comfortable and private. The surroundings and location were excellent. The Apek staff were available each time I contacted them and were always courteous.

I paid to have the pool heated for two consecutive days. But it felt much cooler on day 2.

The home was well appointed, the master bathroom was perfect with both a steam shower and walk in shower that had floor to ceiling glass to the beautiful back yard and pool. The pool was so fun, perfect for our family to have a relaxing getaway. We'll be back for sure!

It was so great overall! The door to the washer/dryer was locked during our stay, but not a big deal at all. Be ready with the access code for the gated community when you arrive!

Loved the layout of the home, the backyard pool area, clean and well equipped.

All very good. Twice the property management made errors..the home wasn’t accessible when promised and I paid for pool heat 5 days, it was off a day early, of course the day I had my family and grandkids visiting. Halfway through the day management responded and turned it on, but it didn’t heat fast enough to be pleasant that day. They left it on for another day, but was still disappointing . Bring extra paper products, TP, paper towels and napkins.. Otherwise, all was really a good stay

Location great. Cleanest house we have ever rented. The property managers were amazing. Communication was great. I would give them 1000 stars. Fully equipped.

Excellent location. Beautiful complex. Well stocked kitchen. Great internet and tv services (once we figured it out). Laundry facilities were excellent. Backyard was beautiful. A lovely property!

Pool was freezing and way to expensive to heat (added-on cost). Carpets were dirty. Otherwise, the property was excellent.
