Da localização e da rapidez de resposta após efetuar pagamento.

A limpeza, casa de banho privada em termos de limpeza, péssimo, tirei os lençóis o colchão todo sujo, candeeiro de teto cheio de pó, tomadas não têm, televisão péssima imagem. Nem se vê empregados.
