Location was excellent. and good facilities for cooking.

The property was difficult to find at first, although we had the address. No name plate on building just AL sign. The bathrooms need bath mats on floor to stand on once showered. A hand and larger towel would be good for guests.

L'emplacement est idéal à la fois au centre de la ville et pas loin de l'aéroport. Pris très accessible métro au pied de l'immeuble la cuisine est très bien équipée même si on s'en est peu servie

Il n'y a pas de personnel sur place douches et toilettes communes (2 pour 7 chambres) et l'eau de la douche était tiède voire froide

Nothing! It was awful 😖 still in a state of shock. In the many many years I have used booking.com , this must be the worse place I have ever stayed in. The only good thing, was the location

Just don't know where to start. It was filthy and in a bad state. Everything was broken or almost broken. When we arrived in need of a shower, there was no hot water. The bed sheets were paper thin and torn, the pillows very, very gross and stained. Same for the bath towels, torn and stained. My friend actually had pubic hairs on her bed. I found a ball of hair under my pillow. The shared kitchen was very dirty as well, and I could only find 1 spoon, 3 forks, and 5 knives. To share between 8 double rooms. It's just awful. It has taken me a long time to write this because we still can't believe how terrible this place is. Should have complained earlier, and maybe get our money back.

We could not travel and stay in your hotel due to unexpected death of my family member. I wrote messages to your property through Booking.com and requested for refund. Every time it was denied despite exceptional circumstances. I even wrote to Booking.com for their intervention but no response from them. It is very unfortunate that a reputed company in a reputed country can be so unkind and not consider genuine request for refund
