No me gustó nada

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Los baños compartidos inundados. Las toallas proporcionadas rotas. Las sábanas con manchas

Falta máquina café A colcha estava suja A torneira do WC estava presa por uma toalha. Pelas imagens não dava a entender que o quarto não tinha janela, apenas no WC.

Cama muy cómoda y habitación muy acogedora. Todo y que la ventana daba a una gran avenida apenas se oye el ruido del tráfico, bien insonorizado Baños compartidos bastante bien. Supermercado cerca, boca de metro delante Bien conectado

Solo comentaría que se salía un poco de agua de la mampara de la ducha y se inundaba un poco los baños, haría falta un arreglo

Limpeza dos quartos de banho e do edredon deficiente.

El colchón tenía muchas manchas y entra mucha luz por la mañana aún estando la cortina cerrada.. Faltan persianas

I had problems getting into the building so I got in contact with the number provided, it turns out to be the manager. He was very rude from the very beginning & after managing to get into the building I had to contact him again because the room door wasn’t opening. He kept telling I’m putting the wrong pin in & then I did a recording, sent it to him & even then he was so rude. The tone he used was disrespectful & in total he put the phone down on me 3 times while I’m talking. People around me was watching me struggle & talking to the manager, even they was shaking there head. In the end I walked out coz he wasn’t messaging me back or picking up my calls. I had to find another hotel to stay in. Even on my way out I heard two ladies who was trying to get into the building talking to him over the phone, even they was saying how rude the manager is. He has refused to give my refund. I will never recommend this place to anyone
