1. Very friendly, Excellent staff. 2. Room size is decent. 3. Toilet is clean. 4. Good ambience inside the hotel.

1. Location is bad. There are garbage piles just outside the hotel. 2. Cockroach in the room. 3. Geyser did not work. (They opened up another room just to access the shower there).

Breakfast was very good. If you like to have something they will arrange it for you. Very helpful people. Even in the middle of the night!! Thank you very much BKC. We will go back next time we are in Kurla.
