Fabhotel Well Back

Very clean and lots of space. Wonderfull breakfast with a choice. Very kind staff and great value for money.

The hotels location as its close to ltt railway station so we booked.

Everything from the staff to the room and the food. The photo / images of the room is completely different from the site / app. There was no window at the room. No natural ventilation. Just walls like prison. The water bottle bought from the hotel charged Rs 25 per bottle and actually its Rs 20. When you call for room service or any help no one comes up. The worst experience ever and totally not worth the money.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I had booked a room at Fabhotell Well Back - but they had changed the name to Hotel Lancaster without informing Hotels.com or guests - discovered this when the driver went in to ask where Fabhotell Well Back is after driving to check in the immediate area for 1 hour. No hot water at all and had to pay 0.3€ for an extra coffee that I asked for at breakfast. A breakfast that I had paid for and was just ridiculously bad. It was realy notthing. My room was nice and spacious but no chair to sit on, no toilet paper, 1 towel and very noisy from the traffic outside and the area around the hotel is just terrible. The staff tried to be nice but they didn't quite succeed

Not called Fab hotel called Lancaster. Taxi driver couldn't find it and no-one answered phone when we called. Hotel in slum area of city. Didn't have breakfast as we left early. Not distance stated close to airport it's 7km. Avoid this hotel We paid over Rs 3200 so thought it would be decent. Avoid
