Domestic workers are willing to help by all cost

The workers don't like their job, including the Manager. They just don't wanna help. The accomodations does not worth the price

Nothing. Ended up booking at another place as I was not going to sleep there

Arrangements were not made for our arrival. The room allocated had not been cleaned and smelled. The place needs plastering or something as when you step into the room dust from outside follows you. Place needs a serious upgrade.

When I arrived there was no one to open, the phones were not picked up. I ended up booking another place, and they haven't answered to my complaint or reimbursed the money paid through the app, for something it was a STAFF MISTAKE.

Nothing at all. We really had a horrible experience.

The host was non-responsive The bedding linen is not white anymore it has changed colour. No cooking equipment. We were there for 5 days and not once did they come clean or change the bedding. We were placed in a different room not the room we booked

The bedroom space was big enough and the open floor plan

*The WiFi was not working properly *There was no Aircon in the bedroom,it was hot *They only issued one towel for 2 guests *There were no pots to cook in
