SUNNY DAY Deluxe 1

The apartment is modern and well decorated. There i a nice balcony outside the kitchen and a solarium on the roof. The view from the roof is stunning, but there is no umbrella or anything to hide from the sun.

Once you enter the building, there is a steep and narrow staircase up to the apartment and the bedroom. One more stair to the kitchen and one more to the sun roof. The equipment in the kitchen is very poor. Only two each of teaspoons etc. Its said to be a coffe maker, but all we could find was a water boiler. In the small bathroom there is an odour of sewage. In the shower there is nowhere to put your soap or shampoo while showering. There is a park outside the house where the young like to spend their evenings and they can be quite noisy. This is not a problem when you close the windows, but then you would need an AC, which there is no. All in all, this is a very nice apartment, but not worth the price they charge. We had expected more for the money.

The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable. There is everything you may need and more! I stayed there for a week with my best friend and we had the best time. The position is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. The best part of the flat is the terrace, where you can eat and relax. You can move around the island easily on bus, this place is perfect if you want to enjoy your holiday in Gran Canaria :)

I loved the location which was Not in the middle of the big developments nearby. Locals lived and worked there. There are three floors (stairs) with balconies on each floor. Very well laid out, and newly renovated.

With such a nice kitchen, I would have liked some basics provided so I could have cooked easier. Too expensive to buy the basics for a 5 day stay.

I loved the clean fresh feel of the apartment and all THREE balconies! It is exactly as shown in the photos. The roof terrace is a delight to recline, relax and watch boats come and go in the harbour. The middle balcony is great for shady lounging. The location is awesome, right in an area of original streets, and a stones throw from the waterfront with lovely restaurants, the beach and shops. It couldn't be easier for a really relaxing, sunny getaway with the best view on the coast!

The apartment is located on a square where people sometimes congregate and chat. I wanted to go to bed early some nights, and I have problems sleeping, but I brought my ear plugs so it wasn't an issue, but just something for future visitors to bear in mind when packing. Would happen anywhere in a holiday destination.

The location was great for us. Quiet but close to restaurants/bars. Access was simple and Jose communicated very well. We have stayed close by on a previous visit (and enjoyed) but this was better. The terraces were great as were the facilities in the apartment. Jose communicated well without being intrusive. Would definately return and would recommend for a couple with no mobility issues.

It’s clear that Jose truly cares that the apartment is enjoyed by the guests, he was an exceptional host! We loved the 3 terraces and enjoyed breakfast on middle level and sunbathing on the roof. The location was perfect with views of the harbour and short walk to any of the beaches and restaurants. We stayed in in three places in Gran Canaria this trip and this was our favourite by far ❤️ Jose was also kind enough to allow us a late check out as our flight wasn’t departing till 6.30pm, which was very much appreciated.

The only thing we though would be an improvement was a few items supplied for the stay (coffee papers, washing up liquid, sugar, salt, olive oil)

Lots to love about this property! Lovely location near the harbour to get the ferry. Away from busy crowds A balcony on every floor - extremely private Basic but has everything you could need! Amazing host there to answer any queries you may have. Easy check in a check out

Very nice apartment! There is a small balcony by the bedroom, a larger one upstairs with the kitchen and also a roof terrace with sunbed. Everything is very clean and tidy and the host is excellent. The host also speaks good english and is very accommodating. The view is absolutely stunning, and the morning and evening air is cool in Arguineguin. We enjoyed eating our meals outside every day. During the hotter parts of the day the beach is nearby. There are many beaches of course, but two are within 5-10 minute walking. Checking in and out was painless.
