La ubicación

La casa su tre livelli è bellissima, e dà una sensazione di "autenticità" che difficilmente si trova nelle normali sistemazioni delle Canarie. Il lato di Arguineguin in cui si trova la casa è composto da solo locali, ma rimangono le comodità di qualche ristorante e bar per turisti nei dintorni. La terrazza sul tetto è bellissima, usata poco perché eravamo spesso fuori ma davvero deliziosa. Pulito e accessoriato con strumenti per la pulizia

Parcheggio che a volte richiede non è disponibile sotto casa quindi bisogna fare un paio di giri, ma si trova sempre entro i due minuti dalla casa

La ubicación excepcional cerca de todo La terraza con vistas a la playa , al puerto y al atardecer , es muy comoda para las noches de verano se esta muy agusto

La unica pega de la ubicación es el aparcamiento, cuesta encontrar sitio

Good location, peaceful town. Apartment is good but the terrace is not private, the other visitor’s apartment is also connected which makes it a privacy and safety issue. This is not been explained.

Not private as it is connected to the other apartment, you can not lock the balcony/terrace. Essentials are missing; coffee, oil, paper towels, just one small pan is there more kitchen utensils,pans, trashbags are needed. Cheap kitchen stuff, it could be implemented easily. The room is bland, cheap decoration will improve it a lot. One missing from balcony which makes it not dark. I wrote a good explanation gently like this to the staff and they only said “super” with an emoji. Which was also interesting.

Great comfy appartment with two balconies and a nice roof top terrace with a view and sun beds. The location is very nice next to the harbor. Nice host. We would definately choose it again next time.

Balcony was ideal for one of us who preferred shade. Ideally located for easy access to beaches and restaurants. Lovely views from roof terrace.

Clear details of property location needed as there is no name of exterior but this is just a minor issue and which might be a planning issue? Plus be aware that there are three flights of stairs which for us didn’t present a problem and bear in mind if you want a view you need to climb!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location! The area is quiet, well-connected, and strategically located, making it easy to reach all the main areas in the south of the island. The apartment is lovely and offers an incredible view. The host was super welcoming. Highly recommended!

Great holiday home with 3 amazing terraces overlooking the sea. Easy communication with the host on Watsapp for check in and updates. A lovely town well located between Puerto de Morgan/Taurito and Maspalomas. Local supermarkets nearby that you can grab things for breakfast. Cute little beach less than 5 mins walk away. So relaxing to have breakfast on the terrace and watch stars at night.

Can be difficult to find parking, you can park anywhere on the side streets with white lines but the spaces can be tight and small Some basics in the kitchen would be useful like oil for cooking/ tea bags/ filter coffee. Bathroom can have a strange drain smell but did not bother us too much.

So nice to have a long breakfast on the porch, listening to the doves in the tiny park outside. Watching boats pass on the sea. Great view from the roof! Love the big chair, perfect for reading. We had a great Christmas and new year here!

The roof terrace and the balcony are amazing, fabulous views and one is just in the middle of-the old centre and everything is just at your fingertips . Jose, our host is so amazing, checking in all the time, but without being obtrusive. Genial and helpful. And the bed is very nice too. And all those stairs make you fit! And the sunsets and sunrises are out of this world!

Nothing really! If you are noise sensible, then be aware that the very lovely spanish neigbourhood can be a bit noisy on weekends at the plaza, but then this is the spanish way and we loved the sense of community that still exist! Like everyone playing bingo, bringing their own chairs.
