SUNNY DAY Deluxe 1

Previo a la realización de check in, y durante nuestra estancia, el anfitrión se mostró muy atento y amable en todo momento. La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, muy próximo a la playa, pero en un lugar donde no trascienden los ruidos que se pudieran generar a cualquier hora del día. La comodidad ante el uso de todas sus instalaciones, hacen que sea muy práctico y muy relajante, principalmente por la disponibilidad de terrazas con vistas privilegiadas al mar. La limpieza y mantenimiento, es perfecta. Y en cuanto al equipamiento, creemos que está bien equipado.

Todo en su conjunto.Localizacion, apto amplio con 2 terrazas impresionantes.Moderno..cama supercomoda. Totalmente equipado. Y el anfitrión super atento y amable.

Kjempe grei vert som gav svært god service og var veldig tilgjengelig. Fikk benytte vaskemaskin. Koselig beliggenhet i gamlebyen med Spansk nærmiljø.

Kunne vært tørkemulighet på nederste terrasse.

Die Lage und das Viertel waren wirklich schön - konnten aber die Nachteile leider nicht wettmachen. Parkplätze: ohne Probleme immer rund um die Plaza gefunden

Sagen wir mal so - für 180€/Tag (8Nächte=1440€! 12.-20.12.2025) erwartet man nicht nur Sauberkeit und eine gute Ausstattung sondern auch ein schönes Ambiente. Dies war leider alles nicht gegeben. Überall Schmuddelecken (speziell im Bad - siehe Foto), Küchenausstattung war mehr als dürftig (z.B. 2 Wein- 2 Wassergläser etc.), wir haben das Geschirr erstmal gespült ..... Die einzigen Stühle, die es gab, waren Gartenstühle auf der Dachterrasse. D.h. wenn man im "Küchenstockwerk" am Tisch sitzen wollte, musste man die Stühle von der Dachterrasse holen (steile Treppe ohne Geländer). Wenn man TV im "Schlafstockwerk" schauen wollte, musste man die Stühle holen oder "gemütlich" auf dem Fussende des Bettes schauen. Bitte vor der Buchung beachten: Die Wohnung ist erst über 20 steile enge Stufen zu erreichen - im ersten Stock ist das Schlafzimmer mit Bad, was nur durch eine Schiebetür - nicht schalldicht! - getrennt ist - im zweiten Stock die "Küche" mit kleinem Balkon und dann im dritten die Dachterrasse! Ich habe noch nie so schlecht bewertet (bewerten müssen!) - wir sind sehr viel in Spanien Festland und Kanaren unterwegs, schaut gern nach - aber ich bin auch immer sehr dankbar für ehrliche Bewertungen.

Bellissima posizione nel centro storico di Arguineguín. L'appartamento è con ingresso indipendente su 3 livelli. Si sale la prima rampa di scale e si arriva in appartamento, quindi al 1° piano camera da letto bagno e un piccolo balconcino. Al secondo piano cucina e un bel terrazzo vista mare dove abbiamo fatto colazione tutte le mattine. E poi nell'ultimo piano un terrazzo con vista a 360 sulla cittadina e sul mare, con un letto matrimoniale per prendere il sole o guardare le stelle. Abbastanza facile trovare parcheggio nelle strade limitrofe.

La pulizia potrebbe essere un po' più attenta. Il materasso era duro e scomodo, consiglierei di cambiarlo.

Das Highlight ist die wundervolle Dachterrasse mit sehr schönem Blick auf ganz Arguineguín! Den großen Süd-Balkon an der Küche habe ich viel genutzt, meistens habe ich dort in der Morgen- oder Abendsonne gegessen 😊 Das Haus liegt etwas abseits vom Touristentrouble, was ich sehr angenehm fand! Zwei kleine Strände sind direkt um die Ecke. Mich haben die Jugendlichen auf dem Platz gar nicht gestört - ich fand es vielmehr schön etwas vom Leben der Locals mitzubekommen. Zum Schlafen ist es sehr ruhig und das Bett ist groß und bequem. Stilvolle Einrichtung. Der self check-in war leicht und José hat immer sofort auf meine Nachrichten reagiert , alles bestens!

The location of the apartment is good not too busy, overlooking the harbour and close to beaches. There are plenty of good Italian and Canarian style restaurants nearby. The accommodation itself was good especially the terrace off the kitchen/living room with a very comfortable egg style chair, and we loved the roof terrace with its comfortable double sun lounger. Great views of the sun setting over the ocean. The outside spaces are the best things about this property. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and the bedroom has its own small balcony overlooking a small public square. Its a great place to stay if you just want a place to chill out for a few days and don't want to be in the middle of a busy resort. I would stay here again.

Please note there are 3 flights of stairs, including stairs from the front door up to the first floor with the bedroom and bathroom, so its not suitable if you will struggle to get up with all your luggage. The TV is on the wall in the bedroom then upstairs there is a kitchen area with a small sofa but no kitchen table, just a small side table which was not suitable for eating from indoors. This is only a problem if its raining and you can't sit outside. We ate all our meals out, but if you plan on cooking and staying in, its probably not the place for you. If it's nice you can sit at the bench with table on the kitchen terrace and there is a table with chairs on the roof, but the table is warped and it could be difficult carrying plates etc up the stairs. If its raining there is nowhere really comfortable to sit inside. There is no washing machine.
