It wasn’t the property that was pictured. False advertising. We had some instructions sent to us the day before, and the host was out of town so said any issues to contact someone else and gave me the mobile number. I had reached out to the other number because the fire starters provided were useless, which we didn’t know would be an issue. We couldn’t keep the fire going so we couldn’t heat the hot tub or the sauna on the first night at all, so it felt like such a waste of time and money. I reached out asking if they had better fire starters or if they could pop up to just help us as we had never done this before. I had no reply and still to this day I have been ignored completely. The next day we went and bought our own fire starters and managed to get it working. I think for the price you pay, at minimum they should supply fire starters because why have a hot tub and sauna that needs heating by fire if you don’t supply anything for it???? Especially how much we paid for 2 nights it wasn’t cheap so I’d of expected fire starters to be supplied and ones that actually worked !! Overall it was okay but I’m not impressed with the hosts, there was no communication when we asked for help and it was expensive for what it was so I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend.

Staff were very helpful, the place was very clean, and it was very remote and quiet but stunning views. Loved the hot tub and sauna . Just what we were looking for

Found it a little tricky to find and very narrow roads to get up to the tree house

It is not same as described in the pictures it was just like a pod or maybe host sent us a different pin location on the booking app

The view and the facilities i.e sauana. and hot tub. Option to have add on gifts like a bottle of prosecco, balloons and cup cakes all beatifully layed out on arrival.

We had to leave early as there was to be a road closure on the single track road and we'd have been stuck. No offer of compensation for not being informed by the host which spoilt most of the experience as we had to pack quicky and go to bed early and get up a lot earlier than intended. Notice we believe could have been given in the run up to our stay as this was likely known works due to possibly another guest sending a photo/message to the host to inform them of the road closure which was forwarded to us by the host of the notice letter on the night we arrived, I believe this notice was dated many days or even more than days prior to our arrival. Plus, we struggled to get keep the cabin to stay around 13 degrees in temperature. Advise more than one nights stay due to remoteness possibly.

Very peaceful, bed was comfortable and preheat service was great.

Not getting the exact address at booking. It was sent the evening before our stay but as we were in north wales we didn’t have much reception/had a full on itinerary we thought the address we were given at booking would be correct so a bit of driving around small lanes. Once I called they were very quick to respond.
