TOP LOCATION! SPACIOUS LUX APARTMENT -5 min from BEACH & CENTRE

The location of the apartment is excellent. Very kind host, gave us good suggestions to see around. The apartment was spotless, with all required for the stay. Happy to come back if next time in Split again!

All was perfect

The apartment is the best that I has stayed throughout Europe. It is tastefully decorated and everything is clean and you can find everything you need in a house. The apartment is fully equipped with everything from dish washer , washing and drying machine , Dyson vacuum cleaner , everything you need in the kitchen. Most of all, the host Suzanne is very friendly and helpful and helps us a lot during our stay. I would recommend 100% for any future stay.

There is only one shower area and there are 4 of us . And the water heater can only cater one to two person at one time , so you need to wait like 30 mins for the water to heat up if you want hot shower. There is no car park and you can choose to park at paid carpark and it is 10 mins away from the centre of old town

It is best choice to stay in this apartment in hot summer day, it made us chill. Apartment is modern, clean, very designed. Bed and sofa are all comfortable for relax. All types of kitchen facilities are available. Host is such a nice lady is flexibility and caring. We also went to restaurants she recommended, they are great choices

Beautiful modern apartment with great A/C during a heat wave and every amenity you could want - dishwasher and separate washer and dryer which was amazing - most other places in Europe that we stayed had those combo washer/dryers that don’t work well for drying. Hosts were very kind and helpful.

Parking wasn’t easy in this neighborhood in our somewhat large rental SUV, but the hosts helped us, even directing traffic and helping us parallel park into a tiny spot. Not sure if anywhere else would have been easier though, street parking looked tight in a lot of places. Ubers to the old town were cheap though, 6 euro. It’s also easily walkable to the old town, less than 15 min, we just Ubered sometimes because of the intense heat

It's a little on the pricier side, but we had a very pleasant stay, and I must say that the apartment itself is in a very good condition and it was a pleasure to stay here. Even though we didn't meet the host ourself because we arrived quite late, she offered us help at all time and was extremely friendly. 10/10, would come here again :)

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a great location only a ten minute walk from the old town. Comfortable bed, great shower and everything you could possibly need and so clean. Suzana met us late at night after we had a delayed flight and could not have been more helpful. An excellent host!

Cleanliness and decor

The apartment was lovely and very relaxing to be in. Despite being next to a road, we didn't hear any sounds during our stay - very good sound proofing. Suzana was lovely and very accommodating, we will definitely stay again during our next visit!
