TOP LOCATION! SPACIOUS LUX APARTMENT -5 min from BEACH & CENTRE

Very nice modern apartment, recently renovated. Comfortable beds. Very clean place. 15 min walk from the old town. Street is a bit noisy, but all bedrooms have windows to the other side of the building. AC works very well.

It is good to let the owner lot a little bit earlier of the arrival. Pin code for key is not working.

The host was very accessible and responsive even before we arrive. Checking in with her was very nice and easy. Good location, access to the city center and the nearby beach was very easy waking distance. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the host prepared everything well for our stay.

Stunning modern apartment with everything you require, only a few minutes from old town. We were graced with the knowledge of the hosts son who gave us a personal tour of the old town which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to connect with the deeper, authentic aspects of Split.

Gorgeous property in perfect location for beaches and to explore Split old town. Just wished we stayed longer!

This apartment looked brand new to us (July 2024). Everything was stylish and newly decorated, and working well, with all new appliances. The photos don't lie, the apartment is as nice as it looks. There are individually controllable air condition units in each bedroom (which keep a steady pace and don't go on and off), and one in the living room (4 in all!), and the living room cooler was of the quiet, built-in type. We enjoyed that all three bedrooms face the inner courtyard, so there are no sounds, and no traffic noises, to be heard. Beds are comfy, and in the many closets you'll find extra duvets, pillows and towels, so you'll sleep great here. Wifi is working well and there are two large tv-screens in the living room/dining area with multiple channels. Two brand new bathrooms/toilets is a great asset when we were 4 adults staying. Location was good for our purposes as there is a 10 minutes walk through a nice neighbourhood to get to the beach and just a little more to get to the old city. There is a small supermarket only 20 meters up the street which is open 7AM-10PM where you can buy fresh bread every morning, and a bakery a minute's walk away. The host was lovely and helpful and always available on whatsapp to assist. You can't go wrong with this apartment.
