The room was comfortable cozy and clean. Every one was very kind. I received help when I needed it. Thanks for all .

No light in shower room. VERY noisy. Sheets on the bed hadn't been cleaned in some time. Duvet had just been turned over. Had to sleep in somebody else's bed linen. There is no excuse for not changing the sheets on the bed. Could've put up with the rest, but not that.

All the rooms comes with keyless, I love it very well Very serene area, no noise making. In all I love the place and will visit again soon.

The first issue I had was my bed was a spring bed and it was making a whole lot of noise when I tried to turn myself, so I suggest it needs to be changed. The second issue is about the toilet, it was in bad condition when I went there, someone did there bad and left it which was not nice looking at all. In all I love the place.

Broken things..bed. light switches.doors.

It is a place you will enjoy your money.

There was someone else in the room I had booked and paid for. I tried to check they had actually booked that room and they confirmed they had been there 4 nights and would not open the door. There was no response when I phoned the 'emergency' number. I walked around a cold dark city for a bit and then sat in a chair in the hallway waiting for the morning. I left messages but nobody has got back to me. One of my worst ever experiences of booking accommodation.

Disgusting room, very dirty I will never go back there, I booked a room for three days and I left this disgusting room after 2 hours

Easy access to both front and room doors, bed comfortable and adequate for an overnight stay whilst working in Southampton.

Heating in the room didn’t come on so I was a bit cold but nothing major
