Good value for the price. Clean and comfortable.

However, the hotel is located on a main route used for the early morning alms-giving to monks. From around 5 a.m., crowds start gathering in the street, sitting along the road, talking and waiting for the monks to pass so they can make offerings. We had a room facing the main street, and this noise woke me up early, making it impossible to sleep again. At 7:30 a.m. the crowds finally dispersed. Breakfast was supposed to be available at the hotel, but even at 7:30 a.m. it was not ready, as the staff had not arrived yet. I didn’t try again the following day.

Einfach alles, vom Personal über die zentrale Lage wie das grosszügige Zimmer. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Gibts nichts auszusetzen.

+ clean + nice staff + card payments + breakfast on the banks of Mekong + possibility to use washing machine and dry clothes outside on a rope (keep in mind that it’s very humid area due to 2 rivers so clothes take long time to dry). + central location (monks are walking next to the hotel every morning)

- warm water in the shower works in a very strange way and it’s hard to set it to be really warm

Great location, comfy bed, decent breakfast.

We were next to the reception so could hear a lot of noise from reception and noise from outside early in the morning

Les chambres sont petites et vieillottes. Trop cher, beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est.

Loved the location and right in the path of Alms. Excellent service. The room was very good value. Really enjoyed my stay.

The bed was very firm but still got a good sleep.

Love the building itself. Room is perfect size for two of us. Wooden floor and all about wood made me feel nostalgic of being home. Breakfast is not at the same location. It is a couple of minutes walk at the river bank of Mekong. Picturesque scene. Love the breakfast too. Receptionist boy does not speak much English, but he understands and tried his best to explain. Location is perfect. Walking distance to Mt. Phousi and other restaurants.
