Good location for what we needed - close to Reading and Bracknell, pub on the same road for meals, park with playground walking distance. 3 bedrooms so the kids had their own double or queen bed, TV in each room, plenty of power sockets. Kitchen has everything, fridge-freezer, a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine. It was possible to park on the road opposite the house. A fan heater was provided, which we needed, as the radiators didn’t work. There were lots of nice fluffy towels provided, shampoo, conditioner, etc. It was all generally clean enough.

Mattresses - one has buttons and springs so we had to lay towels over it under the sheet to make it useable, one excessively soft (ok for a kid). One was good for adults! The lack of a standing shower is shown in the property photos, but that bath is narrow so we found it fine for bathing kids but inconvenient for adults. We had to wash an oven tray that still had the previous person’s chips stuck in before using it. TV in the sitting room didn’t work - I think the aerial connection is broken, but the bedroom TV was fine so we used that. Location is right next to the A329M so there was constant road noise, which didn’t bother me but it’s worth knowing it will be there. We had to ration toilet paper on the last night to eke it out until we left! I should have checked there was another roll, but everything else was so plentiful i didn’t think to.

Teatowels missing, a mirror in the bathroom would be appreciated

Quiet location and nice size rooms. We had all the self-catering tools and even some extras we did not think of. The only thing missing was a pair of scissors and a kitchen roll holder!

You could have a kitchen roll and a cloth for washing up and wiping the tops down. The key code on the key box was not the code supplied. Luckily, it was in the open state.

3 double rooms, very clean and comfortable.

Really unclean, no basic essentials like hand soap, really horrible bobbly bedding with holes in, nothing useful in the rooms e.g. mirrors, anywhere to hang clothes etc, weird to have COVID tests and things on the sides, dirty cups in cupboards. Could hear everyone in the flats below, strong smell of weed thought the building, and road was really noisy. Tiny living area in relation to the number of bedrooms. Only positive was easy self-check in, convenient location, and cheap price, but even for only ~£90 I'd still expect it to be at least clean.

Nice country pub 2 mins walk away. Excellent value for a large family. Clean and well presented. Lots of attractions nearby

Mattresses were too soft for us, and road noise was a bit intrusive. A little bit of guesswork was required upon arrival to where flat was within the building

Was unable to have a proper shower, the shower head was in the bath but you couldn't stand up

Shower was about 3 ft high, strong smell of weed all night from downstairs
