we booked the property for sinulog. we are from surigao yet they cancelled our booking and promised to give a full refund. we have asked them refund but they are issuing only half considering the hassle and extra expenses it gave us.

Convenient to all stores and shopping

Property is a bit old and needs improvement or upgrade , needs to provide a nice beddings and towels , bathroom needs to be clean a bit dirty and no water sometimes No hot water and some of the bed needs to be checked some are broken , AC is dripping with water

This is supposed to be a loft and ended up getting a studio type room old moldy smelly with aircon flooding had to put the balde or basin to catch the water towels were old overused like mop towels disgusting! I do not recommend to anyone

Booked this property beginning of the 16th but didn’t check in till the 17th and came to check it out a week before the schedule and didn’t feel good about this property, not recommended, the owners you’ll only get my money because I had no other choice.
