Very nice place. Beds are comfortable to sleep. Location is very accessible to malls and groceries. It's definitely a good place to stay with your family and friends.

There's not much to dislike. I just think that the room that accommodates 10 people has not enough beds. We stayed with 2 rooms. The room on the 24th says accommodates 10 people, which is indeed spacious. The room on the 22nd can accommodate 8 people. I just think the 24th room needs 1 more bed. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

The unit is big and clean.

Only the aircon is the problem, so slow.

It's in Fuente Osmeña circle area which is close to almost everything relevant. It's spacious and has everything you need.

We were in the 24th floor which gave my aunties nausea when in the elevator. There was a weird smell in the entire apartment.

-We were fit inside the loft since we were many.

-Internet was not working. -There were 2 bathrooms, the other one is electrically grounded so we did not use it. -The building is really old.
