We booked last minute and were really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It’s spotlessly clean with friendly staff and a free minbar of snacks and drinks you can help yourself to. The room was great, very spacious and comfortable. The location is around ten minutes from the hustle of Nimman in a lovely quiet street. We would definitely stay again!

Yes, there was aircraft noise but you get that at almost every hotel in Nimman so actually there was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel

24/7 manned reception, very warm welcome, room met my expectations, bed mattress comfortable for a good sleep, free instant coffee and water free at the lobby. Upon arrival staff askes about breakfast wishes, there is a selection of three (some sort of Amercan breakfasts). I took Khao Tom (rice porridge) which comes with salad and fruits. Very delicious. In walking distance: Shopping mall Maya, restaurant funky grill, moto rental.

Be aware the hotel is approx 2.5 kilometres away from the airport and lays directly north of centerline of runway 36. If rw 36 is active you may see and hear starting aircraft until approx 1100 pm. No flights during the night.

Nothing. The place is dirty, smelly and tired

Everything. We left after 2 nights of a prepaid stay. And moved to a different hotel in Chiang Mai. That is how bad it was

The WiFi wasn’t great in the room. But the hotel was nice. The location is a bit out of the way and some noise from door at night but over all pretty nice!

It’s clean and well run and only one kilometer through winding alleys and a busy street to get to the heart of Neeman district. The value for what you pay is good for sure.

The airplane noise was loud, like really loud from 7:30 am to 11:30 at night. Then the flights stop. I stayed up every night until 11:30pm to avoid getting woken up. I would think many hotels in neeman have this problem. And the walls are thin. This may not be a problem for some but it was for me, a light sleeper.
