Staff was great. The owner / operator James was such a delightful person. So generous and accommodating to us individually but also the hotel itself. There is a section of free items for hotel guests, including water, snacks, soy milk, cereal, instant noddles etc. Very good breakfast for under 5 usd. highly recommend trying the coffee if you get a chance. Walking distance to various malls/ night markets etc while being much better value than most hotels in the area. Locally owned and operated by people who care. Support local business!

No parking as far as I could tell but not a problem for us.

"Good place to stay but not as good as it used to be."

Convenient and clean

The room are not sound proof. The slamming of neighbours door is very loud and can be heard. Also I remember they used to have a coffee machine and a bigger variety of items in the free mini bar.

"Not great value for your money"

The staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, elevator useful

Breakfast was very disappointing, only 3 sets to choose from and 2 people in my group got sick from their sausage. Only instant coffee available. Scooter I rented from them was in bad condition with torn seat. Hotel tucked away in a bend, you have to walk a bit to get to the buzzing Nimman area.

"Loved this hotel, I will stay here again!"

Loved the staff, the downstairs cafe with its free water and beautiful seating area. Loved the pool area and the friendliness, clean room and daily upkeep was superb.

Staying in this part of Chiang Mai meant loud aeroplanes but on the other hand the hotel is well located.
