The cleanliness wasn’t up to par

We had a problem with the ac and we let the staff know and it was fixed very quickly. I would definitely recommend this cabin. The kids loved everything about it

I loved how every room had its own bathroom. The kids loved the arcade games. The kitchen also had great appliances.

The thermostat causes us problems the entire trip. We were freezing 75% of the trip. I had to contact the host multiple times to adjust it. She could remote into it and fix it, I couldn’t adjust it. That was a problem in the middle of the night when you have a thermostat for upstairs and one for downstairs and they kept randomly resetting and the only way to fix it was to reach out to the host and that only temporarily fixes it. A couple hours later, I could see my breath it was so cold and I’d have to contact the host again. That would be a big problem in the summer when it’s very hot. There also was a power issue the second night at around midnight when we started to go to bed. We were already tired from freezing all night the night prior. A couple of the bedrooms lost power and I was unable to reach the host because it was midnight. In one of the bedrooms, the emergency exit light came on, which was a flood light. It was extremely bright! It lit up the entire room and out the bedroom door. Needless to say, the people staying in that room got NO sleep. The other room was occupied by an older couple who use sleep cpap machines and when the power went out, their machines cut off on them with their mask on and choked them because it couldn’t work without electricity. So they got no sleep either. I felt so bad for them seeing as we paid for each of us to have our own rooms and they were already exhausted from the night before and once again they didn’t get sleep. They can’t sleep without their machines. I couldn’t get a hold of the host till the next day. We were all so tired from the two nights of little sleep that we didn’t even do what all we initially intended on doing. I understand things happen, but given how we couldn’t even use two of the bedrooms that we had paid for I felt like we should’ve been reimbursed something for that night at the least. The host never offered to make it right, which didn’t sit well with us.

Property was clean and very spacious! Great location. Host was quick to communicate and answer any questions or concerns. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful property. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The layout of everything was beautiful.
