Massive Cabin Indoor Pool Driving Simulators Sleeps 20

I liked the location and the views of the house. I liked how the house was able to hold a large family. I also liked that the kitchen was on the main level. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens throughout the house. It had great views and great location to Pigeon Forge or to Gatlinburg.

It was rough around the edges, it looked like it was built very quickly and lots of things were missed it was carelessly put together. The owner would not lower the temperature upstairs after being asked repeatedly. The pool was unable to be used the entire trip because it was FREEZING. The house was booked to have the pool in the house as something special for the kids but they couldn't use it because it was so cold.

The views were awesome! Our grandchildren had so much fun with the arcades and the pool

Pool water was not really clear, then we turn on the filter and thats fix the poroblem.

Gaming rooms, plenty of space

Dirty pool was not heated, HVAC thermostat was set by owner and was kept at 80 and even we asked to have it lowered it returned to 80+ multiple times, we were nearly an hour late checking in waiting for cleaner to "finish" however they did not clean everything. Cleaners returned to finish cleaning twice and did not fully clean the areas they hadn't touched. Kitchen was nice, but a little understocked. Stairs were filthy and trashed remained throughout our stay from the previous occupants. Owner refused reimbursement for unusable pool ( uncleaned, heat, & water feature was not working).

I have extremely mixed feelings. We had so many issues and for the price of the cabin we expected it to be in pristine condition, as in ready for us to arrive. The trash cans were overflowing from the previous tenants. The staff came to empty them at 9:00 at night. The dishwashers smelled so bad it would make you want to yak. We ran it numerous times trying to kill the smell. It didn’t work. Most of the pots and pans are burnt and unusable from prior guests. Unless you want to go buy a scrubber while your on vacation to clean someone else’s mess but by the looks of them they are toasted. It’s fully stocked with glasses and dishes but mismatched cooking equipment. You’ll have to run all of the silverware through the dishwasher as they had some film on them from something being sprayed. I’m assuming it was bug killer as dead bugs were all over the floors at the baseboards. Advice to bring your own candles. Heavy duty cleaner to help clean and mask the smells. Bring your own Bathroom towels as theirs has black matted hair and stains. We went to Walmart and bought our own towels for hygiene purposes. They give you one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a left over roll of paper towels for the kitchen. Bring your own hand soaps for all the bathrooms. The pool hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. There were toys left that rusted the bottom of the pool and the water felt like slime. The waterfall does not work. The hot tub had hair and lots of it floating with bugs. We didn’t use either as we were afraid to get a crazy bacterial infection! There wasn’t a skimmer there for us to even clean the bugs or hair out. Maybe you’ll get lucky and become friends with one of the neighbors to use theirs. The upstairs bathroom was missing an ENTIRE shower-head!! The bathroom leaked and flooded the kitchen floor. When I asked the owner to CALL to discuss the situations she would only text. The maintenance fella said it was the first time they had been in that cabin.

It was an overall wonderful experience! We will definitely be booking again! Perfect for our family and close to everything! The interactions were great and everyone was exceptional!!
