location, peaceful. look out to open fields, not sure where you go fishing, quick easy drive into Clacton, although this time of the year no rides were going., nice walk along sea front..

A bit too far to walk to shop, arcades, fish / chip shop, had to drive to beach.

Clean, tidy and smelt great, excellent value for money. Great communication too

Everything was good

We liked the location, it was ideal for what we needed. The accommodation was very clean and very pleasant smell on arrival. The instructions to get access to our accommodation were very good.

The weather at times was not very pleasant but that could not be helped. It was a shame we could not spend longer there. The traffic getting there is not always predictable travelling from Dorset.

The caravan was clean and tidy

The bathroom needs some work it was very dated

Lights didnt work in bathroom, curtains fell off end of the rails (held on with washing line pegs, shower didnt work (shook and made a loud noise), door is dangerous, as when open, nothing to stop it slamming shut as the latch was broken that holds it open.

Such a lovely caravan. Always clean and love the area it is in. Nice to open the windows in the morning and have a nice view from the frontroom. I also booked here in may and came back as I enjoyed it that much :) their is facilities near by which are all good. Nice space in caravan and everything you need there. Would highly recommended staying here and will defiantly be back again.Thank you so much ☺️
