"Disappointed"

I walked in and left within a couple of minutes as I felt very uncomfortable being in somebody else's home

The place, was literally like somebody else's house not at all what I expected, I have booked many times in caravans and did not expect what I found and no indication in the discription when I booked, I had to book a hotel for the night and then return home as I had no funds to stay longer, ruined the weekend break on my 66th birthday 🙁

The finishing touches made it feel more homely, and the extra blankets and heaters were a god send in November. The double matter was was very comfortable

It was clean and well priced for the one night we stayed. Nice and quiet part of camp which we like.

No heating so very chilly at night.

"Brilliant short stay."

Beds were very comfortable and very well equipped with everything we need. Air fryer was a life saver.

Oven wasn't worth using but did come with a small air fryer so wasn't a problem. Shower was difficult to use but we enjoyed our short stay.

"Ok for the price."

It was ok for the price. I only stayed there, 08/09/2024 and 18/09/2024, one night before taking and coming from the ferry in Harwich..

1. Shower, the hand part on the slide bar, was broken. 2. At fire point 20, two iron brackets were stuck in the ground, in concrete. VERY DANGEROUS, SERIOUS DANGER OF INJURY. I informed the park management team by letter. Guess what... no response.
