Everything was perfect! The beach is right in front of the accommodation, just cross the street. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. The center of Pescara is also very close, about a 5-minute walk. The room has everything you need and feels new, clean, and fresh. We would definitely choose this place again if coming back.

I wouldn’t say this was a negative aspect, but there is a locked connecting door to the neighboring apartment, which is also rented out. It didn’t cause us any inconvenience, but it does make it easier to hear the other guests at times.

La posizione fantastica davanti al mare, a pochi minuti dal centro città e con tutte le comodità vicine.La pulizia della camera e il giatfinetto fuori.Lo staff disponibilissimo ci ha permesso di fare il ckin prima nonostante il poco preavviso e ci ha assistito in tutto.L ccoglienza con una bottiglia di vino ottimo nella camera e una bottiglia di acqua fresca nel frigo nonché il caffè!che dire ...ritorneremo di sicuro e lo consigliamo ai nostri amici!TOP!

We loved everything. So much character and so chic! Sparkling clean, super modern with classy touches of vintage! Secure, first class service and communication was perfect! The recommendations for dinner were exactly what we wanted! Beachfront literally with a delicious breakfast. You MUST visit this gem!
