great views, great location

there was no door number on the property and because the parking spot is some distance, it took a good 10 minutes to work out which property we were staying in. A simple sign on the bannister on the path to the property would go a long way to helping this. Also perhaps a sign to show the parking bay. There was no phone signal so I couldn't access the documents just as I needed them. The spiral staircase is a bit of a negative. One of my dogs could get up it but not the other and the one that could get up couldn't work out how to get down until the last day, so we had to block the stairs to prevent him going up and us having to carry him back down again. It also seemed a bit risky for the dogs because they can fall out of the sides. Which is a shame - it might put us off returning the next time we come to stay.

A lovely, clean comfortable property well equipped with everything we needed and more. Excellent, friendly communication with the host prior to arrival. Superb views from the property.

The view, of course. The property has been significantly renovated in recent times. All property items were modern and it was well equipped.

The one point you can not change is the parking. Grass was wet and partly muddy coming down from the upper area and you had to be careful navigating the steps down to the road the other side. Spiral staircases are always a contentious issue and even though I am a very athletic person you still had to be very careful going both up and down.

Everything! Communication from Neil was great. The property was so beautiful. Everything has been thought of and it was so comfortable. The views are breathtaking. It's my new favourite place in Llandudno. It was a wet January evening when we arrived and we had such fun looking at the views with the binoculars and then playing card games. I had a brilliant birthday night here and it now holds a special place in my heart.

There was nothing to dislike.
