Location was amazing. Great views. Cosy house.

Parking was a bit of a pain, but not too bad. We could not control the heating (though the owners responded instantly for requests for hot water or radiators so it was not a major issue)

"Absolutely beautiful views"

The property was so clean and it had everything you could possibly won’t the bed where very comfortable as well.

The only negative was the path up to the property it was treacherous when wet and the parking  wasn’t the best so it needs to be addressed because it’s a shame .

The house has everything that you would need, it's just like being at home regarding facilities. The views are fabulous. If you like walking, like we do, then it's definitely worth going. We couldn't fault it at all. Neil, the owner, is sound. If you have any issues, nothing is too much trouble. We all had a great time and would definitely go back. Thank you, Neil . "Fabulous getaway with amazing views!"

This property really lives up to it's description... The views both day & night are spectacular👌 The property is snuggled into the Calwyn Bay hilltops with a 30mins walk down to Llandudno coastal town. The cottage was spacious, clean & had all the amenities needed as a home from home.

The parking was a little frustrating as another car took up the 2 designated parking places.

Absolutely stunning views from this lovely holiday home whether day or night ! It was clean , tidy and very well equipped! Hosts were brilliant I definitely would recommend,beds lovely and comfortable and dog friendly,nice little touches from coffee, tea and sugar to laundry and dish washer tablets xx

The most stunning location for a house we've ever been to! Beautiful sunsets every night to be seen from the front or back of the property We loved the decor gave it a very homely feel Everything had been thought of to make the stay easy and convenient You'll be hard pressed to find any fault with this property
