The a/c in the bedroom worked.

I came here to use the fitness center and spa advertised. Booking.com guests CANNOT use these facilities - they are only for residents. So it’s just an apartment (not luxurious at all) and beach access, in an area full of building sites. And the washing machine didn’t work. It’s completely false advertising - a total scam. The owner was unhelpful and unapologetic. There’s a pool but it’s closed on Mondays. The pool has a view of the cranes and building sites. At the beach, the toilets are broken, there’s no running water to wash your hands, there are few sun shades, and it was full of sick Korean people coughing phlegm onto the sand.
