LOVED every moment!!! Property it so cute, so vintage, and so spacious!! Amazing views ! Staff also were amazing at replying to anything. Even a lovely staff member came to meet us at the train station is give the check in information, so helpful rather then taking our big luggage’s to the office !!! So thank you

Loved everything about the property and will definitely be coming back. But only think is we didn’t rent a car and it’s about 10 min drive to town, we used taxis which was fine. But sometimes we couldn’t get taxis very easily to pick us up at busy times so a tip would be to try get a drivers number so you can personally call or text if they are free !! Other then that no problems at ALL !!

It was very spacious. Everything you might need for a few days stay is available. Parking on the premises. View on Como lake. Though not in Como city, the location was not far from the city and you could easily head out to the other villages around Como lake. The team replied really quickly when we needed a bit of assistance to get through the chain and gate. Tip for future guests: you can also use the remote to open up the main gate (it's the bottom button, where the top button is for the garage). More convenient than getting out of the car to use the key every time 🙂

There were no towels prepared for us. We had to look all over the place to find some. We found them eventually in a bottom drawer in the main bedroom. The WiFi code supplied in the manual is incorrect (the exclamation mark at the end shouldn't be there, and it's way more convenient to use the QR code on the bottom of the modem to connect). The description of the appartment said there would be a laundry machine available, but we couldn't find one inside the appartment. Apparently instead there should be a laundry room somewhere in the basement. We didn't look for it 🙃 and I found the bed in the main bedroom too hard. And the cushions to soft.

Very good views

Apartment was in very good condition, extra large rooms, two batchrooms and balcony. View from balcony for Como lake is wonderful.

A quiet location on a hill out of town with a lovely partial view of the lake. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well appointed.

Unfortunately, we had no hot water for the majority of our stay due to a fault with the boiler. The agency tried to sort this out but with limited success. We would otherwise have given our stay a higher rating.

One of the toilets was infested with ants and the wifi was not working for the entire duration of stay

Kitchen very small, wifi didn’t work. Garage parking very small, and barely fit our rental car.

very spacious, clean, silent and amazing views. garage was shorter than the ford focus we hired, so we could not close the garage door, but it was not a big problem, it is a very secure area... next time we will hire a smaller car :)
