We have stayed at this location many times when it was Long Bay! Loved the proximity to the beach and all the pools and lazy river. The free standing fans in the bedrooms were awesome! Much appreciated

I would suggest more places to hang bath towels to dry. I also suggest, since there is no maid service, supplying a broom and or vacuum for guest to use.

There were hidden fees. We booked for $430. They charged us over $200 in cleaning fees and hidden service fees

"The worst experience I’ve ever had !! Literally"

My car got stolen in the parking deck and none of the cameras work . The police still have not received the footage and I have to end up going to court just to get an answer from the resort
