The booking agency made us wait 1hr 20 mins to get me the door code and didn’t get checked until 10 pm after traveling all day.

I loved everything from the space in the apartment all the way til the area we was located.We couldn’t have ask for better

The property was clean and smelled very fresh upon entry. It felt and looked like home.

I couldn’t stay was the only dislike-lol.

The layout and space within the unit was optimal.

My biggest complaint was with the cleanliness of the unit. My kids pulled back the sheets to get into bed the first night and found hair, what looked like drug paraphernalia (made from straws), stains, and dirt. It was clear the sheets had not been changed on both beds in that room. In addition, the bedside table was full of condoms. At this point it was too late for housekeeping to come so one person slept on the couch and another on the floor. The towels used to wipe the floor before setting up the make shift bed were black from dirt. It was arranged that housekeeping would come the next day to put on clean sheets. They did come when we were out and did exchange the black towels for new ones but did not deal with the sheet problem. The problem was eventually fixed after spending a lot of time trying to contact someone about it again. Furnace/ventilation unit filter was also completely black and we changed it with a new one that was there. Also food and stains on floor of one bedroom when we arrived. Bought a mop and cleaned ourselves.
