The Elevator was not working and my room was on the 4th floor I tried to request a first floor room but there were non available i was given a second floor room which was still difficult as I have disabilities

FIThe hotel was pretty new and therefore in nice condition. Otherwise not a whole lot to like.
The bathroom was strange. The shower had no means to keep water in the shower area. There was a sewer canal on the tile floor, but it looked like the construction work was not quite finished. The water that didn't stay in the shower, got towards the sewer, but because of the poor construction never reached it. Instead disappeared in the crack just before the sewer. The cleaning team had not checked the bathroom - someone's african style gown was hanging from the hook. The breakfast was not acceptable.
