Front desk lady was very nice and informative

Bathroom had a few spots that could of been cleaned better and mini fridge had someone else opened bottle water inside

I would like to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. Throughout my stay, the smell of marijuana was constantly circulating through the ventilation system from other rooms. It lasted all day and made the room environment extremely uncomfortable. This made me question whether the hotel is cannabis-friendly, as there was no clear information provided about such a policy. Additionally, I stayed for six days, but housekeeping cleaned the room only once. I requested towel replacements at least five times from housekeeping staff, but the towels were never replaced. I even called the front desk to request fresh towels, and although I was told they would send them, nothing was delivered. The bathroom bathtub drain was also clogged, causing water to drain very slowly, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The location is also somewhat inconvenient, which makes the lack of service even more disappointing. I hope management will seriously review these issues and improve their service standards.

The bathtub drain was clogged and drained very slowly. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

The pool was out of order before my stay..I was offered to cancel. I canceled the room but have not received my money back
