My room ran out of toilet paper went to the front desk to ask for some and the front desk says they don't have any to give me never sent any up to the room,all ice machine were down the pool was out of order however the other accommodation were alright

Kids was running up and down the hallway, slamming doors. The window shade.did not let up.
