USThe check in staff was lazy and completely unprofessional. Telling me their system is down, so he will manually have to take my payment- when I already told him I paid for it ahead of time. Upon checking out, I get charged the full amount of my stay again. Double charging me, and contacting the hotel customer service was no help- they claim it’s not a problem on their end and refuse to give me my refund.

I had to switch rooms 3 different times the first room there was only 1 sliding glass door for the shower as well as the room was filthy the second room was filthy as well as had mold in the shower and hair from other guests in the shower in the corners of the floors as well as food stains still ok all the tables and chairs 3rd room also was filthy and smelled like a man’s cologne as if someone was just in the room and hair all over the bed and shower as well the second room 309 was leaking from the next door room

It was dirty. One of the bed had spots on it and the couch smell like urine
Very quiet hotel, newer and in great condition. Staff was friendly. We headed to breakfast near the end, and most of the food was gone. The food that was available was good. The area is not near anything fun, but was conveniently located.
USBreakfast was excellent. Lot of variety. Too bad the indoor pool was freezing cold. But still very nice. The staff were superb.
My stay was ok. I enjoyed the breakfast choices but it was cold. I like hot food. I also like firm pillows and couldn't get comfortable. I also like it cold in the room so I can sleep and the unit like it was freezing up on 70.
