The stuff was very supportive. The location is fantastic, the center of Taormina is just around the corner.

The view on the see is not as spectacular as on the pictures. In fact there is a huge parking lot underneath, which spoils the impression. Other than that everything was great!

Nice, modern appartement with a large balcony , sea view, own parking space and very close to the old centre. Great support on (somewhat complicated) self checkin process.

Could easily be improved with some small changes. The apartment is minimally decorated with rather harsh lighting. It has a very basic kitchen without a dishwasher, minimal kitchenware (glasses, plates) and almost no kitchen utilities (soap, brush, cloth, wastebasket, etc.).

Location close to the centre of town and many restaurants and shops. Secure parking. Lifts to the apartment, and a specious and clean apartment.

The photos from the balcony and of the pool weee misleading. What would have been a great view was badly spoiled by having to look over the ugly car park below. The pool was covered and not available for use. Critically, the property lacked a few essentials: dishcloths, washing up liquid, coffee pods that actually fit the machine, any sort of basic welcome pack, and a corkscrew-bottle opener. When contacted about these gaps the agent was offhand, not a good attitude!

The location was great,2 minutes to the center . Beautiful sea view. Huge apartment. Big terrace! Washing machine was very useful. Supermarket nearby. Parking for our SUV was great ! Will come back again!

Only one little thing, there was capsule coffee machine , but the capsules did not match to the machine :-)

Great apartment in a great location! Super clean too.

You have to wait quite a while for the hot water to come on, and it was a bit of an issue when both bathrooms were in use.

Wonderful accomodation in very good location. Everything you need for an extended stay is provided, all the creature comforts of home included and a short walk to the heart of Taormina.

I liked the reserved parking and how spacious the apartment was. Do not rent a large car, you cannot easily drive it on narrow medieval streets or park it in the designated parking spot. I mean you can park it, just cannot open the door to get out. They had elevators, which was great since I had a 23 kg suitcase. The host was friendly and responsive.

Separating the trash was confusing. Most apartments had up to 5! Trash bins on their balcony, we had 3. One TV in the main bedroom was missing the remote and could not be used. Other tvs appeared to have a cable TV card, yet no cable TV was available. The apartment houses up to 6, but only has perhaps 2 reserved sunbeds by the pool. The mattress in the smaller bedroom was too soft.one toilet seat was constantly wiggling as 4 of the 5 supports fell off.

Nice big, clean apartment. The only real downside was the lift we had to park on the roof take a lift down 5 floors go to another lift and go down another 2. To be fair it is in Taormina so most flats / hotels are built on a steep slope and it’s better than stair.

Swimming pool was out of order one day but we just went to the beach instead
