U&T House

空間很大，採光很好，住起來非常舒服，調味品應有盡有超級適合在這邊自己煮食物，附近的生活機能也很好，走路幾分鐘就有超市，超級推薦～

如果洗烘衣機可以分開就太完美了

Unfortunately big issue with check-in. We followed the instructions given for where we were to wait with our car, and sent messages through booking.com and via text message to the supplied phone number as we were getting closer to arriving. When we arrived, still hadn't heard back at all and no one was there to meet us. We didn't have a Japanese phone number so had to pay to use our home phone number on roaming to try to call - got through to someone but they seemed confused about what we were asking and where we were, so tried to text again to help reduce language barrier. Still no reply and no one came, so called booking.com support who then managed to get hold of the owner and told us they would be down shortly to let us in. Ended up waiting around an hour total, luckily we were in our car as would've been pretty cold if had to stand outside. Owner was very polite and kind when he arrived. But a real shame about the lack of communication beforehand. Common for foreign tourists to only have data sims rather than a Japanese phone number so would be good if the owner would communicate through booking.com messages or something like WhatsApp, as calling or texting a Japanese number can get very expensive. Really great otherwise but had to reduce overall rating as this was a fairly significant issue.

階段にベビーゲートなどあればなお良かったと思います。

地點有點難找

和室沒有窗簾，睡覺時外面路燈很亮

地點從google map上有點難找，在U&T II 及U&T fitness夾角那間房子。停車位於U&T II(橘色那棟)前面停車位。對方要求抵達前15分鐘聯絡，抵達現場卻沒有人，電話連絡後發現工作人員直接從隔壁U&T fitness出來。員工會講英文，還幫我們把youtube開好。 房子獨棟，上下兩層但是上層不會使用到，一樓有四個房間非常夠用。一個開放式廚房、兩間廁所(無法鎖門)、一間浴室、洗+烘衣機，房子、家具等設備都很新穎，空間很大，廚房我們沒有使用。U&T house是這趟九州旅程住到最棒的房子，有機會下次還會入住。

約束したチェックインの時間に連絡しても、スタッフと連絡がとれず不安になった。 しかし、15分後に連絡がとれた。
