**使用平台聯絡回覆也非常即時，可使用英文溝通。 **提供碰面拿取鑰匙的位置非常好找也很好停車，房源本身也有提供一個停車位。 **周邊環境走5分鐘有マルミヤストア 別府駅店，逛完伴手禮順便買要烹煮的晚餐；走約3分鐘有LOWSON超商早上買咖啡。 **床鋪、棉被枕頭、廁所、廚房、廚具都非常乾淨，不會有不敢用的問題。

清潔で部屋は広びろ。 ダイニング＆リビングのロケーションも良かったです。 寝室も３部屋利用でき、ベットも最高でした。 お風呂場も広く利用しやすい。 トイレも2箇所有り良かったです。 料金もお手頃でした。

ハウスのロケーションが大通りからは分からないので徒歩で探しました。 大通りからの入口にU&T Houseの看板かヒントになる物があると良いかと。 または、アプリの説明に車での移動ルート（入口）が記載されていると分かり易いかもと感じました。
