U&T House

Plenty of space, multiple bedrooms, full sized kitchen and dining area. Very good price (mid June). Well lit, very clean. Walking distance to many places.

Washer/dryer worked great, but did make some concerning noises. Told staff so it may be addressed soon.

Location and facilities

The person in charge was little odd.

The house Is big and clean, very comfortable for our large group of people, 5 adults and 2 teens. Beds are all very comfortable, we didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. The lady that showed us the house was really nice and kind, she was well experienced and had very good English. All clean.

How clean it was, the amount of beds and futons available, everything was available from cooking essentials, cleaning essentials, and everything. The staff were really nice and helpful.

It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The house is much better looking in real life compared to on photos. We had a three night stay for a group of 5, and everyone enjoyed the architecture and the facility. The place is a little bit hard to find though, as we searched on Google maps and it was on the other side of the street.

Designed and cleaness

Heater air blower is noisy. One bed is broken.

Modern, family-friendly and clean house which had loads of space. We loved nearly everything about this place including the large number of rooms, full-sized kitchen and dining table, 2 toilets, space for storing our suitcases and clothing, and the combined 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer. It is in a great location that is close to the JR train station and lots of restaurants. The host staff were very responsive and helpful.

The bed mattresses were very stiff and uncomfortable so we put some of the futons on top of our beds. And we could not figure out how to use the plug in the bath.
