Hailey's Crib @ Azure North

I received a lukewarm greeting from host. Although there was instructions on the check in procedures, they failed to give clear instructions on how to properly open the door. As a result, we had to txt our agent. Luckily the agent was still in the vicinity and showed us how to get the door open. She left right away after the door opened. Then as i tried to take shower, no warm water. By accident, we found the water heater under the sink but it wont turn on, same with the hair blower. The room is very small but it fit us 3. Hoping the agent welcomed us and showed us the place when we arrived so in case we had questons, they can explain how. A little bit disappointed..

We were crammed inthe room. The water heater was not in operation. The only way to contact the agent is by text.

The terrace was very spacious and pleasant. It was the best part of the stay and a comfortable area to sit, eat, and relax.

The room was very small and realistically suitable for only two people, even though there was a pull-out bed. We also experienced a serious issue with the smart lock at around 9:00 PM, which failed to work when we returned from dinner. Although the owner tried to help, it took a long time to resolve, leaving us locked out and stressed. What was most concerning is that if this had happened later at night with no response or assistance available, we could have been completely unable to enter the room. This raises concerns about safety and reliability.

The keys going outside the terrace was not available, twas nice to walk and exercise
