lots cockroaches in the unit..room 401 Monaco building..got transferred to another unit after 2days..better and bigger room but found few cockroaches buy not a lot..both unit owners very helpful in finding solutions to the infestation..would love if i can use gym and the pool for free but you have to pay to use the pool and to use the gym u have to b the owner or a tenant for more than 3 months..and this i experienced only in the this condo..in other countries even for one day u can use all their facilities for free and i stayed here for 2 weeks and its not free..if Azure condominium owners wants people to stay again in their unit..all amenities should be free and accessible..and make sure there are no insects infestations..needs more lights at the entrance of Azure..too dark..can’t even see the road going in the property..no clear sign of the condominium outside from the main road..

Booked the unit easily and was attended by the receptionists efficiently and went straight ahead on the property. The room was very nice and well presented and equipped. There was a nice patio area which is just connected on the property . The room has almost everything that you need.

Seems to have some issues with cockroach infestation which made our stay uncomfortable and making us feel fearful of insect bites or insect getting in our ears.

✔️Accessibility: 4-minute drive to the nearest S&R and Starbucks, 7-minute drive to SM Pampanga and Robinson’s Starmills. The property has 7/11 within the vicinity and it is also near the largest café in Pampanga, the Lala Garden Café ✔️Facilities: All the facilities mentioned in the description are available in the unit. The unit has inner courtyard view and from there is the view of Azure’s man-made beach inspired wave pool (it even has white sand) that is also accessible to guests. The best part was having breakfast in the terrace. ✔️Service: Prompt and accommodating unit owner/ caretaker.

Location, location, location. Convenience and the host was always and available to assist with any unforeseen issues!! Highly recommended
