The queen bed room was small and no closets but apt was nice

Interior and exterior design and decor are nice, rustic, unique, and attractive.

The street that the house is on was a little concerning at first, but the concerned eased in the next few days.

This is a repurposed squalid apartment in the middle of the ghetto. Disgustingly dirty outside and inside- hair in the bathroom roaches in the balcony. A hidden 100$ cleaning fee is a money grab too. The outdoor tub can be seem by the neighbor across the street. The panoramic window has a great view of the zinc roofs of the poverty stricken neighbors. No parking. A chatgpt rendering of a “poverty chic” aesthetic. Skip unless you have no other choice.

Loved our stay here! The apartment is beautifully designed and in a great location. Right by Calle Loiza with all the bars and restaurants a few mins away. If I could move here, I would!

The overall design and feeling was wonderful and maintained the dream catcher aesthetic perfectly

The lockbox placement is problematically placed and upon opening the key fell down into the street. The entrance door springs and sliding doors, although look great take some getting used to. The tub on the balcony was a little unstable. Kitchen towels ?

The bed is very comfortable. The staff are friendly and very responsive. When they heard we have an infant, they offered a play and play and send it over to property very fast.
