Not changing bathroom towel. Cleaners repeat towels in the bathroom .

The location was excellent.

Cleanliness was sorely lacking. Broken toilet seat and cleanliness had to be reported after which proper housekeeping was later carried out. Carpets are filthy and those within us issues will have difficulty with this. Not what we expected from a Zimbali apartment.

Clean and comfortable

No coffee creamer or milk in the property, i’m a tea/ coffee lover there is no comfort for me without coffee or tea

Beautiful and well-furnished 2-bedroom flat. Quality linen, beds and cutlery. Set in the Zimbali estate with access to numerous facilities.

Although there is a kitchen, no braai (even gas) available at the property or on the grounds. This is South Africa after all.

Lovely apartment everything you need there and access close to the capital hotel where you can access the beach and hotel pool and restaurants

Honestly it’s been said before but access to the property/estate is a bit crazy that you have to carry your passport around with you - not ideal that you have to take it out with you every time you leave the room and carry with you instead of being left in the room safe. They should allow copies of identification at the front gate. Not the hosts fault at all it’s the security of the estate.
