Getting in and out of the property is insane, you need to sign forms and have ID copies and show them every time you enter or leave! Too much admin when on holiday.

Valley of the pools is such a great place to enjoy a meal and some beach and pool time!

The time limits to be in spaces,lack of access to the gym as it’s a resident only facility .The hotel wasn’t open so we have limitation of access to restaurants besides the valley of the pool!

The location of the property was exceptional. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was. We appreciated that there were solid security measures in place, we felt really comfortable travelling with kids there. The unit itself was lovely from the moment you walk in the smell and the cleanliness set the tone for your stay. Even though it’s a no swimming beach, the estate makes up for it with multiple places that we could enjoy as a family. And the staff throughout the estate was phenomenal. We didn’T want to leave.

Not so much about the property but the fact that on the booking/access form we were told to bring ID copies (when in fact actual IDs were required) for access to the property. This may seem minor but it would be great if the forms would reference the right thing. The agent we were dealing with helped us out but having to explain what measures were put in place for me to access the property each time I left and came back were a bit of an inconvenience.
