Free on street parking is available for up to 1 car with a permit provided by the property. Lost/damaged permits are charged at GBP 100. The property is dog-friendly and can accommodate up to 2 dogs maximum. There is a GBP 25 charge per dog per stay and includes a dog bowl, treats and waste bags. All dogs must be kept downstair sand strictly off, of the furniture and beds, and cannot be left unattended in the property. Please note that our only bathroom is located downstairs. Bedrooms are upstairs.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Mediocre stay."

Parking was free. It was close to places such as Culloden Battlefield and Clava Cairns about a 15-min drive. Walking distance to restaurants.

The refrigerator was not working properly and had a sour smell. Although I turned the heat on - it did not warm up, it was cold inside the house the entire time.

"Stay at Wells Cottage in Inverness"

The house was very clean and well equipped. Easy walking distance to central Inverness. Parking on street was very easy.

Very limited kindling and only 3 logs for the log burner, I did not feel that was sufficient for a fire in the evening.....

"great location and good for a small group(no more than 3)"

close location to city center, train station, restaurants. nice big kitchen, comfortable bedding and pillows. Rollaway heater upstairs kept it warm. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided for a nice cup of tea when we arrived…ability to run a wash and get clean clothes was great. Rain shower is very nice, and ample hot water.

downstairs heating did not work, and we were not interested in using the log fire. Small updates will go a long way in the apartment- update the lighting fixtures (currently very rudimentary), paint over wall scuff marks going up the stairs or chipped paint mark in the purple room; update the staircase carpeting? additionally adding a 2nd lock on the 2nd door would bring extra peace of mind to non native Scottish travelers.

Convenient location, clean, nice furnishings

Only one bathroom for three bedrooms (up to 5 people) and bathroom is located on first floor while bedrooms are upstairs. Bathroom door also does not close fully. Spotty/unreliable wifi.
