Spa stationed next door to neighbors window, lacked privacy. Used half of spa as lid very heavy, unable to remove. Wooden posts as steps to spa unsafe. Need handrail for steps up to house. Lawn contractor arrived while house rented. Outside furnishing lacked comfort, no outdoor cushions.

Sounds fussy but the beds were not that comfortable all 4 adults and 2 children 🙈

NZGreat location for a relaxing stay. Beautiful views of the beach, ocean and mountains. Secluded deck for sitting outside. Great facilities and the hot tub was a bonus!
The only thing was the bed in the main bedroom had quite a hard mattress and could have done with a topper - however subjective depending on preference. Couldn't really fault it otherwise 😀
