The location and the cleanliness of room. Ease of checking in. Communication.

Heating off on 1st evening and night. I was freezing. Landlord did come on day 2 and rectify. Apparently someone had switched it off.

Good room exactly what I booked. Happy with service will book again. Jason the owner was more than helpful.

Unfortunately sleep was disturbed a few nights due to other tenants.
